Organize Cayman is a professional organizing and move management company serving residential and commercial clients across Grand Cayman. Founded by Mara Chernin, the company specializes in space optimization, move & relocation management, and bespoke organizing support, including thoughtfully curated closets and functional living spaces.
Mara personally oversees every project with precision and care, blending thoughtful systems with seamless execution to create environments that feel elevated, efficient, and effortless to maintain.

Mara Chernin is a professional organizer, project manager and room planning strategist. With a background in startups, retail, and international partnerships, Mara combines business acumen with creative design to help clients create functional, inspiring spaces. With the success of her organizing business in Boston, she has decided to bring her expertise to Grand Cayman.
For over 18 years, she has called the Cayman Islands home away from home, gaining meaningful perspective on its growth while staying actively connected to the community.
She holds an MBA from Babson College and an interior design certification from the New York Institute of Art and Design; enabling her to integrate strategy and aesthetics seamlessly.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that an organized space promotes clarity, well-being, and peace of mind—reflecting one’s energy and outlook.
As a trusted thought partner, Mara’s process is collaborative and empowering. Known for her adaptability and efficiency, she works closely with clients to meet their unique needs—whether through home clean-outs, moving, space planning, or full transformations of residential and
commercial environments.

Getting started is the hardest part. At Organize Cayman I make the process simple, supportive, and stress-free, from day one. Typical spaces to kick-start the organizing process are closets, kitchens, kids’ spaces, bathrooms, and home offices — creating immediate function and flow where it matters most.






I begin with scheduling a call to discuss initial needs, scope of your project, goals and expectations. Tailored next steps will be put into motion.
This is where your project takes shape and the transformation begins. Sessions are scheduled. I thoughtfully declutter, organize, strategize, and style your space for maintaining function and flow.
Aligning with your needs, style and preference; storage solutions/decor will be reviewed, sourced, purchased and implemented. I strive to utilize what you have first and get creative with space and projects.

Short answer, No. I will always begin with a conversation about the parameters of the decision making and a walk through of your project and space(s). Ultimately it is up to the client and how much autonomy you would like to give Organize Cayman.
Absolutely! Never tell a woman she can’t “purse-shoe” her dreams :) With my personal stylist roots I have you covered. Closet revamps, styling and more.
While I design organization solutions that are intuitive for clients to sustain, some clients like to have a refresh or someone to take charge once in a while when needs change. This can include everything from a simple tidying (great for kids rooms), staging for a holiday, seasonal closet maintenance, to preparing for a new baby or an at home soiree! Contact me if you have something in mind.
Most people don’t want to spend time researching where to donate their used possessions, so I can help with that. For a curated list of charities that accept clothing, kids toys, household items and more, you can click Donation Centers in the navigation tab. You are welcome to drop-off donations yourself, or I can do it for you (regular hourly rates apply).
OC charges an hourly rate for all services. An initial assessment allows me to understand your space and align with you on the project scope. Initial sessions average four hours to see results. As every space and client is unique, I remain flexible and adapt quickly as your needs evolve.
